David manages various operating entities owned by, or in partnership with, clients in a variety of activities. ABIS clients are engaged in various construction trades and specialties, professional practices, commercial property management, residential property management, office building construction, service companies and restaurants. David serves as the principal or managing member of numerous corporate and real estate related entities. David’s prior professional experience includes senior corporate management responsibility for three Fortune Five Hundred Companies; Unisys, National Semiconductor and Motorola.

Ronald Senior manages the tax accounting and services activities of ABIS’ practice and consults with clients in the areas of accounting, management, and tax. Ron is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified in Financial Management, and holds an MBA from ASU. Ron has worked with a Big Four accounting firm and has significant experience as a CFO/Controller for companies in the financial, publishing, technology, insurance, and construction industries.
